Booking Process & Payment Terms and Conditions

 

Booking Process:

Booking process starts when you select the tour package and finalize the booking online or over the phone.

Step 1: You will receive the Welcome Package from I Tour India, which will contain Visa Application Form, Booking Agreement, Tour Itinerary, Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, Travel Insurance Acceptance Form and Travel Insurance Application.

Step 2: You fill the Visa Application Form and check for the correctness of information in the Visa Application Form.

Step 3: Get the Booking Agreement initialed on all pages and signed on the last page by all the guests for whom the tour package is booked.

Step 4: Get the Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement initialed on all pages, signed on the last page and notarized on the last page on individual copies by all the guests for whom the tour package is booked.

Step 5: Fill and Sign the Travel Insurance Acceptance Form.

Step 6: If you wish us to process the Travel Insurance for you, Please read the Travel Insurance Brochure and fill the Travel Insurance Application Form. Please note that I Tour India is just an agent for the travel insurance provider and in no way related to the travel insurance provider and in no way responsible for any claims. All the claims should be made to the insurance provider directly as mentioned in the brochure or the application form. Please remember that I Tour India is just forwarding your application to the travel insurance provider on your behalf as an added service to our guests.

Step 7: Return the package back to I Tour India LLC in the return envelope enclosed in the welcome package. Please verify the checklist before sending the package back.

Step 8: On receipt of package by I Tour India, I Tour India will start processing the Visa application either directly or through it's agents.

Step 9: If the Visa is approved, I Tour India will send the Travel Documents along with the Visa and other necessary immigration papers back to the guest along with the Round Trip Air Tickets for all the guests for whom the tour package is booked. If the Visa is rejected, I Tour India will send back the documents provided by the guest along with a refund of all the payments except the Visa Service Fee.

Step 10: For those guests, whose Visa has been approved, an I Tour India agent will make a courtesy call before the start of the tour and clarify any questions the guests might have.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

Every tour booked with I Tour India is subject to 3 separate payments if you you opt us to process your Travel Insurance or 2 separate payments if you opt to process the travel insurance by yourself.

Tourist Visa Service Fee - To be made online or by phone with a any major credit card or e-check online. This Credit card payment made online or by phone will be used only for the Tourist Visa Processing expenses and not for any other part of the tour including the airlines booking, accommodation, excursion, etc.

Tour/ Travel Service Fee - To be made in the form of a check payable to "I Tour India LLC." and to be sent back to I Tour India along with the package returned to I Tour India in Step 7 of the booking process.

If you opt us to process your Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance Fee - To be made in the form of a check payable to the Insurance Provider as specified in the Travel Insurance Brochure or the Application.

Your booking process will start only on receipt of all the payments in full. No Partial Payments will be accepted. All payments are due before the start of the booking process.
